The Hybrid Executive Reset

Meaningful help before everything falls apart.

You may still be leading, working, parenting, and appearing capable to everyone around you. Privately, alcohol, substance use, anxiety, trauma, or unhealthy coping patterns may be taking more control.

Trifecta offers an intensive alternative to a traditional 30- to 90-day rehabilitation program for executives, professionals, business owners, rotational workers, and people with high-responsibility lives.

One relationship. One plan. One hour every day.

Care that moves with you.

There is no handoff between your consultation and your treatment. Each phase builds directly on the one before it, with a tailored private one-hour session every day for all 28 days. Your whole family is included in the plan, because lasting change must work in the life and relationships you return to.

Why Trifecta

You are known as a person, not managed as a number.

Large programs often ask the person to adapt to a predetermined system. At Trifecta, care is shaped around your history, responsibilities, strengths, relationships, and recovery needs.

Is this the right level of care?

Designed for people who need depth—and discretion.

  • Executives, professionals, and business owners
  • Oil-and-gas and rotational workers
  • Parents and caregivers
  • People in safety-sensitive positions
  • Those experiencing recurring relapse patterns
  • People needing more than weekly counselling
  • Families seeking a personal alternative
  • Individuals requiring a high level of confidentiality

Some individuals require medically supervised detoxification, psychiatric stabilization, or another level of care first. This is assessed openly and carefully during consultation. Abruptly stopping alcohol, benzodiazepines, or certain other substances can be medically dangerous.

Questions before you begin

Clear answers. No pressure.

A confidential consultation is the appropriate place to discuss your circumstances, safety needs, and clinical fit.

Is this an online-only treatment program?

No. The program combines seven days of virtual preparation, seven days of focused inpatient care, and fourteen days of virtual integration following your return home.

Do I need to complete detox before entering?

That depends on the substance, withdrawal risk, medical history, and current condition. Some people need medically supervised detoxification first. Abruptly stopping alcohol, benzodiazepines, or certain other substances can be medically dangerous.

Is treatment confidential?

Your information is handled confidentially and is not shared with family, employers, or other professionals without appropriate authorization, except where disclosure is legally required. Privacy policies and limits are reviewed during intake.

Can my spouse or family participate?

Yes, when clinically appropriate and authorized by the client. Involvement may include education, communication support, boundary work, relapse-prevention planning, or structured sessions.

What happens after the 28 days?

A personalized continuing-care plan is developed before completion. Options may include ongoing sessions, structured check-ins, community support, medical or psychiatric follow-up, and family support.

Do you guarantee recovery or a particular outcome?

No ethical treatment provider can guarantee a particular outcome. Results depend on clinical needs, participation, environment, ongoing support, and the continued application of the tools developed during treatment.
